My name is Alla Zhdan. I have 10+ years of experience in Community Management in the fields of IT, AI, and Data Science. My goal is to connect people, make the work of community managers visible, and show its value.

I conduct interviews that explore motivations, challenges, and successes. All stories are published on The Community Media blog, a platform for community professionals.
