I want to bring together community managers from 42+ countries in Europe to talk about our diversity, share what drives us, and inspire others through real stories of collaboration, growth, and challenges.

👤 Who am I?

My name is Alla Zhdan. I have 10+ years of experience in Community Management in the fields of IT, AI, and Data Science. My goal is to connect people, make the work of community managers visible, and show its value.

🎯 Why did I create this project?

To highlight the work of community managers and help us:

• to learn from each other
• share resources
• receive recognition for our work
• learn about different domains of community management

🤝 Who am I talking to?

I conduct interviews that explore motivations, challenges, and successes. All stories are published on The Community Media blog, a platform for community professionals.
