Hi there!

My name is Alla Zhdan, I have been gathering this dataset/database since 2022. I always wanted to create a platform where Community Managers from Ukraine and other countries can find useful resources. One of the challenges of us is to find a book or a template that can help us in certain situation. In 2026 I fully changed it and now everything you need is one one page - the main one.

I have been a Community person since 2012 and I eagerly share my knowledge via this platform and inside MetaSpilnota. MetaSpilnota - is a Ukrainian Community Managers community and I am in org team. Part of the database is the contribution of MetaSpilnota community members, you can see those material with the tag - MetaSpilnota.

Within MetaSpilnota I am launching various activities and projects, one of which is The State of Ukrainian Community Management Yearly Report:

I am on my way to meet and share stories of Community Managers from 42 European countries within my Community Managers’ Stories Project.
